How can i??

tone my bingo wings?
(my under arm that wiggles when you shake it)
Answer:
You need to work your triceps.get some lite weights and work that muscle.Some ways to do it are as follows:1) Hold the dumbbell over your head with both hands, and push it up as if trying to touch the celling, try keeping your elbows as close together as possible. Bring it back down and repeat. Do it with enough weight as to be able to repeat if from 12 to 15 times. Rest and repeat the set.
Do it with your legs separated a bit, or sitting down.2) Bend your back, probably you can use a stool to place a leg on it, and hold the dumbbell in one hand bend your elbow as to have the dumbbell close to your side at chest height. Lift your arm upward by stretching you elbow, and bring it back to starting point. You should be able to do 12 to 15 of this, rest and repeat the set.You can also use resistance bands for this exercises.
Sit on a chair with arms, place you hands on the arms and push your body up so your bum goes in the ari above the seat, do about 10-20 times a day.Was told this by an instructor.
