How can i straighten my back out?

i have shoulders that round forward and a kinda round back that caves forward

First you are probably rounding your back like that so your body can make up for your weak core (this is the root to all back problems)1. Call up your chiropractor to see if your a case of scoliosis or just have bad posture.2. Work on your core meaning abs and obliques... you can also do the lateral pulldown to strengthen your shoulders muscles
