How can I slim down my arms without ending up bulky?


Answer:
Use less weight only two - four pounds (if you use weights) in your workout and do more reps of each exercise.
Lift weights sloooowly in a session.
The more fast pace you go, the more muscle you build.
get a 10lb or5 ld and pick ur ars up and bring it down slowly and hold there for 25 sec 4 5 time then after a while 6,7,8...ect
I would think that carrying light weights, say maybe a 500ml bottle with water.. and do some arms excercises.. i don think your arms get bulky.. i read that only high intensity excercises will get u muscular arms.. but if low intensity and prolonged period will get ur arms tonned...
lifting weights will help...If you lift with a lighter weight with a high number of repetitions you won't gain mass, but will gain endurance and strength.If you lift with heavier weight you will gain muscle mass.If you find your right balance you will do wonders.Yoga and good stretching will do the same thing as lifting with light weights...but without as much of the fat burning benefits.
Put 2 Double Whoppers with Cheese in each hand and do curls, 50 reps each arm. Then don't eat the Whoppers!
use light weights like 3,5 or 10 lbs
do 20 to 30 reps
for 4 to 5 sets
