How can I stay positive and motivated in a house full of negativity when losing weight and exercising?

Want work out music and positive feedback.
Answer:
Just think to yourself how much better you will look than the rest of them - and that should motivate you plenty! Those that are negative about you losing weight and exercising are only jealous that they can't do it, and that you have so much willpower. So keep doing it. It's what's keeping me going!
It takes a lot of self control...join websites where they have message boards for people into fitness or weightloss so you can get support from others who can relate to what you are going through, and help you keep the good mental attitude not to quit.Remember you are doing this for you and don't let anyone sway you with their negativity...

Keep focused on your goals and don't pay attention to anything negative. Do you work out at home? Work out somewhere else. They are probably jealous because they don't work out and look like fat slobs. Just keep up the good work.
