Do liposuction or now they have Radio frequency waves to reduce the fats on the area. RF waves are not invasive so there's no cuts. You can see the results in one or 2 visits. Do not ( I repeat) do not run or put running weights on your legs, it will pump up the muscles, so instead of looking tone, you'll look like incredible hulk...
Jogging, Calf raises high reps, Squats and lunges high reps,
usually around 20 to 30 reps per set. this will give your legs a good burn and tone them up. Also thigh extensions, and leg curls will be a tremendous help. good luck.
You can always run. Running really helps with firming up your legs. Sports with a lot of running or moving of the legs would help, such as soccer, tennis, and, track.
Hope I helped. :)
shift your weight to the front of your foot, kind of walk on your tip toes. this will work your triceps and will tone your calves. for your femoral muscle groups, the stretching exercises one performs before running is a good low impact regimen.
It depends, some legs just can't get small, some people are made with small pretty legs, and others no matter how much you try to tone will stay "big". The best thing to do is accept that you will never have small pretty legs and just work on having tone pretty legs that happen not to be small. I am speaking from experience for years I wanted small pretty legs but have recently accepted that some people just are not built that way.
as for your calves, theres a technique that can help tone them. maybe youve heard of it, but stand right in front of a wall, and go on your tippy toes for about 3 seconds- hold onto the wall for support. aside from jogging for about 30 minutes a day and legs stretches, you can lay on your side on the floor with your legs straight; if youre on your left side then hold your head up with your left arm. lift your right leg up and bring it over your left leg; keep the sole of your foot on the ground. with your left leg straight on the floor, lift upward and leave it in the air for about 2 seconds and release, and then turn around and do the same for the other leg; this will help tone your inner thigh. for your outer thigh, lay on your side again, rest your arm and your head on the floor, and keep your feet together and straight. if youre on your left side, then lift your right leg up as far up as you can bring it, but do it slow, keep it up for about two seconds and release, and do the same for each leg. if you do these about 50 times a day for each leg it will tighten your muscles
Although you can tone up your body by cycling, running and dancing (dancing is a great exercise for legs). Some people are apple shaped and some are pear shaped. We all have different bodies. I have naturally small legs but gain weight on my tummy and constantly have to watch it. The only way to keep the tummy weight down is to keep the weight down as it depends on where you put on your weight (some people put it on their legs, some on tummy some on butt) and to use toning exercises on those problem areas. There are some good DVDS around for specific areas such as the legs. But if you are thin and toned it could just be your shape and boy would I sacrifice my legs for a 6 pack.
Are there places in your are that you can hike? Hiking is a great work out - especially when you have different terrains that you need to walk on. Hiking is low impact and has minimal chance for injury. Just make sure that when you go out that you have the appropriate equipment - water, good supportive shoes, appropriate clothing, map of the area and let someone know where you are going. Plan how far you want to go and take it easy at first, then gradually increase your distance and degree of difficulty (steeper trails). I've been hiking for a while - and I get commented on my legs all the time. :-)
