How can I tone a flabby lower stomach without a nip and tuck?

Well its been about 13 years since I had my last baby and Im still caring the flabby baby belly. Im 36 now. I havent really worked on it before but Im determined to get rid of it. If I continue to do crunches on a day basis will it go away or is it a waste of time? Is my only hope a tummy tuck? Its not very big but its still there after all these years!
Answer:
you just need to work on it. try something simple like walking for 30 minutes every day combined with crunches and squats. you should see results in no time. The walking is definately key though, and also watching what you eat. Eating mostly natural, unprocessed foods like fresh meat, vegetables and fruits is your best bet. Good luck!
When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.Guide to Reducing Body Fat - http://www.straighthealth.com/pages/guid...

I would wrap myself in cellophane in those areas that i was having trouble with before working out. It worked for me.
crunches well not do it you need to go the whole 10 yards, by eating right, running, biking, exercises, there are so many exercises i just cant say it all but if you go 2 http://fitnessmagazine.com/ it shows u exercises in video and and everything. hope u like it i did. Jamie
