How can i Sort out my fat arms?

There all flabby and horrid! i don't want to have surgery or go to a gym help!!!
Answer:
OK.this is a good way to tone up...stretch both arms out straight behind you - as high up as you can and then in sweeping movements in/out move the arms so the hands touch at the sides and then out again...you will feel the work!or...Why not get a few pairs of dumbbells and learn the specific exercises for your upper body? You can do several kinds of exercises for your back, chest, shoulders and arms in a short amount of time. Try dumbbell rows (one handed) for your lats, pressses and flies (lying on your back) for your chest, and lateral raises and overhead presses for your shoulders. For your arms, do curls for the biceps and kickbacks or extensions for your triceps.
Then be stuck with them...if your not willing to do something about it...Unless your willing to exercise at home in which case why don't you get some dumbbells and start doing simple exercises?
you cant have your cake and eat it. you dont want surgery or to workout, so i guess i'll have to wave my magic wand and do the hard work for you.you are exactly the type of person that winds me up so much, you want the results but are not prepared to do the work. get off your fat lazy behind and go for a run.
well you will have to do some exercise if you don't want flabby arms, try swimming, proper swimming though. don't just get in the water paddle once to the other end and believe that will help. You have to work for it I'm afraid
Then dieting is the only option.. a strict diet!
How about taking the gym home - if you have a spare room or space to put a few peices of equipment such as an exercise bike or things for your arms such as weights.. rowing machine..etc then an hour a day combijned with a diet will sort the problem out..
Don't do weights too much as it will bulk out your muscle and you won't see any difference because the fat will be covering up your hard work.
Good Luck !
do some light weights at home with a use of a dumbell.or do triceps with the dumbells...
Sorry Flo, theyre here to stay
you can get these pilates arm toning rings which are meant to be great, thy're weighted and you hold your arms out straight to theside and spin them on each wrist (think of mini hula hoops), its actually probably quite fun! i'm off to get some from tescos tomorrow, i think they're about 拢15- 拢20. Good luck, its one of my problem areas too!! p.s what is with all the thumbs down when everybody has given useful advice?
If your not willing to do anything about it then why are you complaining? You'l have to just learn to live with them bingo wings!! =)If you do want to do something about it then you dont need to go to the gym... Buy yourself some dumbells and use them at home, its not difficult and given time you should be able to tone up your arms!Good Luck
swimming will do wonders for your arms... and you also can tone the rest of your body.. Aqua fit is also good and you can go on your own..
Then don't think about them.
