Answer: this loses 5 pounds per month. i swear. i tried it myself. and it worked.so drink lots and lots of water. and eat less carbs (like bread and such). i didn't excercise at all and i lost 5 pounds.but if you excercise, you'll loose the pounds even faster!!and since most people don't want to excercise, the trick is to intake less calories. if you burn more calories than you eat each day, then you'll loose weight.

Just drink lots of water it will be gone in a week
